It's not too late...

We have 10 days left in our Both Hands Project so it’s not too late to make a difference in the life of an orphan.
We spent the day on March 10th working with our team on Ms. Debbie’s home.

If you haven't seen the video...please check it out:

What an honor is was to serve her with an amazing group of people that love the Lord, love the widow and love the orphan. It was a great experience. I really think we were blessed more than she was !

Although we’re finished with the work day part of the project we are still fundraiser to bring Josiah home. We are very close to having all the funds we need to complete our adoption. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to Lifesong for Orphans. 100% of your donation goes directly to our adoption expenses.  To donate you can click on the link below:

You can also make a difference by praying for us. Rob will be leaving on May 4th and traveling alone to China. He will be united with Josiah on May 7th.  It will be a tough transition as Josiah doesn’t speak any English and Rob will have to be both mom and dad for those couple weeks. It’s going to be tough on this Momma too because I won’t be there to help him through this difficult time. The girls are going to miss their Daddy so much. In seventeen years (almost 18) we’ve never been a part more than a few days… I’m going to miss him too. Please cover all of us in your prayers. It means the world to us.

I want to thank all of you for your support both financially and prayerfully. Obedience to God’s call is not always easy. Actually, it’s almost never easy : ) but with the support of family and friends we’ve been able to say “Yes” to the Lord and “Yes” to the orphan.  We’ve walked humbly through so much by His amazing grace and love and by your support.

Because of your support another orphan will be orphaned no more.  Today he is Fan Jian Guo and on May 7th he will be Josiah Jian Guo Braniff… our beloved son.

Much love to you all,

lisa
